United Education specialises in educational development and was formed in 2010 as United Education Development Limited. Later in 2017, United Education Development Limited formally changed its name to United Education Holding Limited. The Untied Education's operations have centred on Hong Kong and Mainland China. United Education Holding Limited is headquartered in the UK. It is responsible for formulating and directing overall group strategy and provides a range of services including recruitment, employment and training of staff for the group and its subsidiaries.

2013, United Education Development Limited founded the Confederation of Vocational and Professional Education Limited, which offers vocational training and career development specifically for British people who want to work in education in China and for Chinese people who want to work in education in Britain. By 2014, United Education Development Limited had entered a joint venture with the David Game College Group and set up a company called David Game School Management Limited for marketing the David Game College Group overseas. In early 2017, United Education Development Limited established Beijing Great United Education and Technology Limited as an operations company in China.

Untied Education was join ventrue with David Game College Group established DGED in 2014 with the purpose of developing educational opportunities for young people all over the world. It also works collaboratively with schools, colleges, universities, private companies and governmental organisations in its strategic effort to widen participation. DGED (David Game Education Development )is trading name of David Game School Management Ltd in HK, and is a member of the David Game College Group and associate collaborative partner of David Game College Group. The latter members include: David Game College, Bath Academy, London School of Public Relations, London Film Academy, Albemarle College, Kensington Academy of English.

Later in 2017, United Education Development Limited formally changed its name to United Education Holding Limited and, at the same time, a parent company for United Education Holding Limited was set up in Hong Kong called United Education Group Limited
